A study on the value of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of hyperthyroidism

Objective:To explore the application value of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of hyperthyroidism.Methods:96 students interned in the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital were selected,and the time interval of the selected cases was set from January 2023 to June 2024,and the research subjects were grouped with reference to the method of randomized numerical table,among which 48 were in the control group and 48 were in the observation group.The control group was taught by traditional lectures and the observation group was taught by PBL combined with CBL,and both groups were taught continuously for 4 weeks.And the two groups of students'assessment scores,learning ability and teaching satisfaction data were compared statistically.Results:The observation group scored higher in theoretical knowledge and knowledge application ability compared with the control group;the observation group scored higher in independent learning ability,teamwork ability,clinical problem solving ability and doctor-patient communication ability compared with the control group;and the observation group scored higher in total satisfaction rate of teaching compared with the control group with P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with CBL in hyperthyroidism teaching is conducive to the improvement of students'assessment scores and enhancement of their learning ability.assessment scores,enhance their learning ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
