The objective of this research were:1)To study problems and needs of College Student Dormitory Management.2)To develop management guidelines of College Student Dormitory Management. In this research project the sample groups divided into 2 groups, namely, 1) 384 students;2) 231 teachers. And the stratified random sampling techniques used to collect respondents.The research results indicate that: there are some problems in the management of college students' dormitories, and six aspects management guidelines are formulated to address these problems, including: 1) Establish a dormitory management system with One Principal, Multiple Elements and co-management; 2) Improve the dormitory management system; 3) Improve the work level of dormitory management team; 4) Carry out dormitory safety education; 5) Upgrade and maintain dormitory hardware facilities and information technology; and 6) Promote the construction of dormitory culture.
