With the advent of the era of digital economy,tourism has undergone profound changes,which puts forward new requirements for tourism management talents.This paper focuses on the integration between industry and education of tourism management in applied colleges and universities under the background of digital economy,deeply analyzes the status and existing problems in the integration between industry and education,and discusses the innovation paths and strategies for the integration between industry and education,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for training high-quality tourism management talents who meet the needs of the era of digital economy.Through the research,it has been found that strengthening integration between industry and education is a key measure to improve the quality of talent training for tourism management in Applied Colleges and Universities and promote the digital transformation of tourism.
