The activities of innovation and entrepreneurship carried out by students in higher vocational colleges and universities have become an imperative avenue for the promotion of local economic development and the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled human resources.Unfortunately,actual effectiveness can take a mighty blow from a whole range of factors,starting from the individual comprehensive quality of students and moving through the various educational systems of the school and external environment support-any of these could be important.After a systematic dissection of these factors,the present study offers a series of concrete countermeasures to provide a scientific foundation for achieving the goals of innovation and entrepreneurship among students of higher vocational colleges and universities.The individual dimension is predominantly governing the action from both ways;the success of students is dependent on their integration and internalization of quality and modernity,the systematic and pragmatic nature of innovation and entrepreneurship education systems,while the systematic and diversified support authoring the external environment would be a power unto itself.And in whatever measures they approve and impose,a propulsion modeled factor can reinforce the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of students in higher vocational colleges and universities and provide a better spirit of technical and skilled talents for innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability to society.
