Student management is one of the main tasks of university management,which regards students as management objects and starts from multiple aspects such as teaching management,file management,and life management to create a healthy and good growth environment for students.In the context of new media,the application of media technology and modern devices in student management can effectively improve work efficiency and level.As the main body of student management,counselors should fully utilize new media technology.Based on the background of new media,this article analyzes the advantages and problems of college student management work,proposes several effective measures to address the issues,tests the feasibility and effectiveness of the measures in management practice,accumulates experience,and continuously explores effective strategies for optimizing college student work management under the background of new media.It is hoped that this can provide reference for counselors and jointly promote the optimization of student management work.
