In China’s higher education system,private colleges and universities,as an important component,have achieved remarkable development in recent years.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the education market,private colleges and universities are faced with many challenges,among which the problems are particularly prominent in human resource management and cadre echelon construction.Reasonable human resource management can effectively integrate resources of human talents in schools and improve the work efficiency and quality of teachers and managerial staff.And scientific cadre echelon construction can provide a solid organizational guarantee for the long-term development of schools and ensure that the schools have the right management talents to lead the direction at different stages of development.This paper aims to discuss how to optimize the human resource management mode of private colleges and universities and build scientific and reasonable cadre echelons to enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of private colleges and universities.
