The objectives of this research were:(1)To investigate problems and needs of application blended teaching in engineering cost major.(2)To construct the academic administration guidelines to promote the application of blended teaching in engineering cost major.In this research project the sample groups were divided into 2 groups,namely,(1)All of 323 students majoring in engineering cost;(2)23 teachers of engineering cost major.The research results indicate that:The needs of both teachers and students are at a"high"level,Therefore,four academic management guidelines have been developed.Part 1.Understand and solve the difficulties in blended teaching;part 2.Improve the satisfaction of blended teaching;part 3.Establish the evaluation of blended teaching courses;part 4.Increase the willingness to continue using blended teaching in the future. the score of 1.00 for the three specialists' assessment indicates that the coefficients of the four parts developed by the evaluated units are excellent and the contents of the development phase are reliable and valid.Therefore,the content of the four parts can be used as the Constructing an Academic Administration Guidelines to Promote the Application of Blended Teaching in Engineering Cost Major.
