This study investigates the'Chinese+Skills+Culture'model in Cultural Institutions-University collaborations, enhancing international students'language proficiency,vocational skills,and cultural competence.A key innovation is the first-time proposal of university libraries as core hubs and bridges in museum-university collaborations,linking cultural institutions and universities to integrate cultural immersion with academic learning.
