The employment of college students is a key issue that has attracted the attention of the whole society,the current employment situation of college students is grim,and the competition for employment is fierce,so improving the employment ability of students is the key to promoting students'employment and improving their competitiveness in employment.Higher vocational counselors occupy an important position in enhancing students' employment ability.The article aims to discuss the role of senior counselors in the enhancement of students' employability,and puts forward the work path of senior counselors to enhance students'employability for reference.
