To explore the mediating effect of chronic self-efficacy on psychological resilience and medical coping style in diabetic patients.Methods:General data questionnaire,chronic disease self-efficacy scale,mental resilience scale and medical coping style questionnaire were used to conduct a systematic investigation.The results showed that chronic disease self-efficacy was positively correlated with psychological resilience(P<0.05),psychological resilience was positively correlated with medical coping style(P<0.05),chronic disease self-efficacy was positively correlated with medical coping style(P<0.05),and the mediating effect was significant,and the mediating effect contributed 92.09%to the total effect.Conclusion:Chronic disease self-efficacy can indirectly affect the psychological resilience of MMC diabetes patients through medical coping styles.It is necessary to focus on psychological construction and counseling,improve medical coping styles,and strengthen daily self-maintenance awareness.
