This paper identified the main dilemmas within the current college students'mental health education system through literature analysis and policy research,such as insufficient policy implementation,a fragmented service system,superficial course content,and a lack of qualified faculty.Based on these issues,the paper proposes optimization pathways,including strengthening policy support and financial investment,establishing a regularized service system,optimizing course design,enhancing faculty capabilities,and utilizing information technology to improve service efficiency.The implementation of these measures will effectively improve the quality of mental health education and promote the overall improvement of students'psychological well-being.
