This study deeply explores the effect of the integration of digital interactive physical education teaching and mental health education on the mental health of primary school students. Through rigorous experiments and data analysis, it is found that this innovative model has a significant positive impact and can improve students' various psychological abilities. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward to assist the integration practice of physical education and mental health education in primary education.
