Through literature review, technical analysis, and other methods, this paper deeply explores the application of intelligent technology in enhancing athletic performance, health management, fair sports practices, and athlete welfare optimization. It aims to reveal the advancements and challenges of integrating intelligent technology with healthy development. The significance of this research lies in advancing technological progress in the sports field, improving athlete performance and fairness in competitions, while also paying attention to their physical and mental health as well as educational development. The conclusion points out that intelligent technology has significantly enhanced athletic performance; effectively promoted athlete health management; provided strong support for fair sports events; demonstrated potential in athlete welfare optimization and career development; and that the future holds both prospects and challenges. With the accelerated advancement of technological innovation and integration, the application prospects of intelligent technology in the sports field will become even broader.
