This study focuses on the application of PaddleVideo technology in college yoga teaching, aiming to innovate the teaching model and improve the teaching quality. Through the analysis of the current situation of yoga teaching in colleges and universities at home and abroad, combined with the technical characteristics of PaddleVideo, this paper discusses its application advantages and specific methods in yoga teaching. By using literature research, empirical research, questionnaire survey and data analysis methods, the teaching model and system based on PaddleVideo are constructed, and the teaching effect is evaluated and improved. The study found that this model can improve students' learning interest and physical and mental quality, and enhance teachers' teaching level, providing a useful reference for the reform of college yoga teaching.
