Exploring the Learning Progression and Cognitive Development Pathways in High School Physics Education from a Higher-Order Cognitive Perspective

Capacitors have been a popular topic in college entrance examinations in recent years, with dynamic problems of capacitors being a crucial part of this chapter. Students often encounter difficulties when solving related problems of capacitor dynamic analysis using middle school methods, failing to appreciate the advantages of a higher perspective and thus unable to effectively enhance their enthusiasm for "learning" and "application". This paper attempts to introduce the conclusion from college physics that the electric field strength between parallel plate capacitors is related to the charge surface density on the plates, and appropriately simplify its derivation process, thereby changing the approach to solving dynamic change problems of parallel plate capacitors to achieve a more efficient outcome.
