Abstract:This study explores the implementation and evaluation of an online and offline blended track and field course under the concept of "Three-Dimensional Education." With the accelerated process of educational informatization, traditional track and field teaching faces challenges, necessitating innovative teaching models. By integrating online learning platforms with offline practical activities, this research proposes a systematic teaching design and requirements that cater to diverse learning needs, aiming to comprehensively enhance students' physical fitness, athletic skills, and team collaboration awareness. The study also finds that blended teaching yields better educational outcomes. The online learning module provides theoretical knowledge, while offline training focuses on skill practice and interaction; this blended teaching model significantly increases students' interest and participation while promoting overall physical fitness improvement. Positive feedback from students further validates the effectiveness of this teaching model in cultivating students' comprehensive qualities.
