Abstract: This article explores the challenges and optimization strategies faced by adolescent rebellious psychological counseling. Firstly, it analyzes the main problems currently existing, including insufficient cooperation between families and schools, lack of professional psychological counseling resources, and social cognitive biases. Optimization measures have been proposed to address these issues, including building diversified counseling models, strengthening cooperation between families and schools, increasing investment in professional psychological counseling resources, and improving the social cognitive environment. By introducing personalized counseling programs, strengthening communication and cooperation between families and schools, advocating for an inclusive and supportive social atmosphere, and other measures, the aim is to improve the effectiveness and quality of adolescent rebellious psychological counseling, and promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
