With the rapid development of the economy in China and the continuous progress of science and technology, machinery manufacturing industry, as one of important industries in China, is facing the pressure from transformation and upgrading. As an important way to train application-oriented technical and skilled talents, vocational undergraduate education should actively explore the innovative course system of Mechanical majors that adapts to the requirements of the new era. This paper discusses the construction and practice of the innovative course system of Mechanical majors in vocational undergraduate colleges from the aspects of the principles of structuring course system, practice teaching, curriculum settings, teaching methods and evaluation system.
