"Modern apprenticeship system" has achieved a good talent training effect in western countries, and has been proved by practice to be an effective and effective talent training mode in line with the law of vocational education. However, the implementation of modern apprenticeship in China is not a long time and is still in the exploration stage. Through the analysis of the current situation of modern apprenticeship talent training mode in medical cosmetology technology in China, the achievements have been understood, the existing problems have been found, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the development of modern apprenticeship.
