本研究采用五种不同的界面处理方式,包括未处理界面、涂刷水泥净浆界面剂、掺10%U型膨胀剂的水泥净浆界面剂、环氧型界面剂和CN405复合型界面剂。通过劈裂抗拉试验与X-CT测试,系统分析界面剂对3D打印混凝土与后浇混凝土界面粘结性能的影响。结果表明,掺膨胀剂的水泥净浆界面剂与CN405复合型界面剂提升效果最为显著,粘结强度较未处理界面分别提高81%与50%,孔隙率分别降低了42%与31%,而环氧型界面剂则降低了界面粘结强度。研究结果可为3D打印混凝土界面性能的优化设计与工程应用提供理论支撑。
