文章摘要
静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)承担化疗药物的集中调配,其配置差错与职业暴露贯穿处方审核、稀释复溶、成品复核、转运及临床给药各环节,而配置时效又直接制约日间化疗的运行节奏。本文围绕化疗药物全流程闭环管理与时效性风险控制,归纳近两年国内外的研究进展。相关工作提示:失效模式分析能够把物表清洁、物料传递、退药等薄弱节点纳入分级管控;戴明环、焦点循环、品管圈与差错共享等模式各有侧重地压低了配置差错并强化了人员能力;闭合式转移装置、环境去污与专家共识共同支撑职业防护闭环;机器人调配、工作流软件与追溯平台则在缩短等待、拦截偏差、实现全程留痕上成效可见。把风险分级、信息化防错与时效指标嵌入同一条闭环,正成为兼顾化疗配置安全与效率的现实路径。
