目的：了解儿童及青少年恶性肿瘤患者生命质量现状及影响因素，为制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法：于2024年9月-12月采用儿童生存质量普适性核心量表（PedsQLTM4.0）对常州市儿童青少年恶性肿瘤患者进行调查，运用多元逐步回归方法探究生命质量在人口学、社会支持等方面的影响因素。结果：116名恶性肿瘤患者生命质量总分为63.36分，社会功能得分最高（73.10分），角色（学校表现）功能最低（59.00分）。结疗后康复期患者生命质量总分及生理、情感功能得分显著高于治疗期（P＜0.05），社会功能与角色功能无显著差异（P＞0.05）。多元回归显示：学校参与、并发症或后遗症、父母担忧复发、家庭因病负债、幸存年限为独立影响因素（P<0.05）。结论：常州市儿童青少年恶性肿瘤患者生命质量中等偏下，干预应聚焦于并发症康复、学业重返支持及家庭多维负担解除。
