冠心病是最常见的心血管疾病之一,目前无法根治,其中最有效的方案是进行冠状动脉旁路移植术。目前左侧乳内动脉联合大隐静脉冠状动脉旁路移植术被认为是冠状动脉旁路移植术的金标准。左侧乳内动脉血管桥已被证实可以显著提高患者远期生存率,联合使用左、右乳内动脉作为血管桥的双侧乳内动脉搭桥技术是否可以进一步改善临床预后仍存在争议。本文对双侧乳内动脉搭桥技术在冠状动脉旁路移植术中应用的相关文献进行综述,为临床上双侧乳内动脉搭桥技术的应用推广提供参考价值。
