肠道菌群与消化道肿瘤

消化道肿瘤发病与死亡率居高不下,受幽门螺杆菌感染、饮食等因素影响,我国患者预后普遍较差。肠道菌群可借助致病菌致癌、菌群失调诱发炎症、代谢调控及肠-脑-瘤轴信号网络,参与消化道肿瘤进展并影响免疫治疗效果。本文综述幽门螺杆菌、产肠毒素脆弱拟杆菌等致病菌的致瘤通路,阐释菌群失衡的致病机制,总结粪菌移植、益生菌等干预手段的研究进展,为消化道肿瘤精准防控与临床转化提供理论支撑。
