目的：深入挖掘神经外科护士道德困境的体验结构及内在影响因素。方法2025年6月至2025年11月在山西省某三级甲等综合医院神经外科符合纳入排除标准的访谈对象进行半结构化访谈。结果：研究共提炼5个一级主题（护理学特质、护患关系、情绪认知、组织环境、社会规范）和11个二级主题。结论：临床工作中应积极为护士提供组织支持，多举措改善护士的情绪压力，规范伦理制度，建立决策支持系统，营造良好社会文化氛围。
