文章摘要
针对中医院校心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)教学中学员基础薄弱、传统教学模式成效有限的问题,本文探讨翻转课堂(flipped classroom,FC)的应用价值、实施难点及优化路径。FC强调“课前知识吸收+课堂能力转化”,在中医院校CPR教学中展现出提升学习主动性、延长实操时间、增强师生互动等优势。然而,其推广仍面临师资信息化素养不足、学生适应周期长、课程质量标准缺失等挑战。建议加强教师培训、优化学生适应机制、构建标准化课程体系,并融合智能技术,以提升中医药人才的急救综合能力。
