小肠双对比造影联合对比剂追踪CT增强检查在小肠肿瘤诊断中的纵向和横向研究

目的:本研究旨在探讨小肠双对比造影联合对比剂追踪CT增强检查在小肠肿瘤诊断中的纵向和横向研究。方法:选取2023年4月至2024年5月于我院接受腹部CT平扫检查和内镜检查可疑小肠肿瘤的患者50例作为实验对象,所有患者均行小肠双对比造影联合对比剂追踪CT增强检查和常规腹部增强CT检查,以术后病理为金标准。纵向对比方面,对比两种检查方法术前影像学表现、术中所见、术后病理结果、肿瘤分期;横向对比方面,对比两种检查方法影像学图像(动脉期、门脉期小肠肠壁CT值、肝脏、胰腺门脉期CT值、腹主动脉动脉期CT值、门静脉门脉期CT值,及两种不同扫描方式CT值的差值)。评估小肠双对比造影联合对比剂追踪CT增强检查在小肠肿瘤鉴别诊断中的准确性和敏感性。结果:小肠双对比造影联合对比剂追踪CT增强检查在小肠肿瘤诊断中具有较高的准确性和敏感性。通过该方法,可以清晰地显示小肠管腔的形态和结构,并能够检测到小肠肿瘤的存在和位置。与常规腹部增强CT检查相比,该方法能够提供更全面、细致的信息,有助于更准确地确定小肠肿瘤的性质和范围。结论:小肠双对比造影联合对比剂追踪CT增强检查在小肠肿瘤诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。其能够提供准确、全面的信息,有助于确定肿瘤的性质和范围,并可用于评估治疗效果和监测肿瘤的进展情况。
