糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病患者最常见的并发症,是全球可预防性失明的主要原因之一,视网膜神经变性、视网膜屏障受损、玻璃体内炎症因子增加是其主要发病机制。维生素D缺乏在糖尿病患者中十分常见,血清25-羟基维生素D是衡量体内维生素D状态的重要指标,维生素D在调节炎症及机体免疫系统等方面发挥作用。糖尿病患者维生素D的缺乏导致炎症调节的异常可能使其有更高发生糖尿病视网膜病变的风险,本文通过综述糖尿病视网膜病变与维生素D缺乏的相关性,为糖尿病视网膜病变的预防、治疗提供依据。
