目的:探讨低蛋白血症对关节置换术后并发症及功能恢复的影响,分析其病理机制及干预措施。方法:系统检索2015—2025年国内外数据库,筛选涉及低蛋白血症与关节置换术后结局的研究。结果:纳入10篇高质量研究。结果显示,术前或术后低蛋白血症均显著增加感染、伤口愈合延迟、再手术及功能恢复迟缓风险。营养干预可有效改善恢复与生活质量。结论:低蛋白血症是关节置换术后不良结局的独立危险因素,应在围术期管理中重视营养评估与干预。
