目的：探讨弹拨手法联合冲击波与肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组采用冲击波联合肌内效贴治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用弹拨手法。于治疗前、治疗4周后及治疗后1个月随访时，采用疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）和Mayo肘关节功能评分（MEPS）进行评估。结果：治疗后及随访时，两组VAS评分均显著降低，MEPS评分均显著升高（均P<0.05），且治疗组的改善幅度均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：弹拨手法联合冲击波与肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效显著，优于单纯使用冲击波与肌内效贴，值得推广。
