文章摘要
目的:探讨弹拨手法联合冲击波与肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组采用冲击波联合肌内效贴治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用弹拨手法。于治疗前、治疗4周后及治疗后1个月随访时,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)进行评估。结果:治疗后及随访时,两组VAS评分均显著降低,MEPS评分均显著升高(均P<0.05),且治疗组的改善幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:弹拨手法联合冲击波与肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效显著,优于单纯使用冲击波与肌内效贴,值得推广。
