女性附件肿块是妇科临床常见病变,其良恶性鉴别直接关乎治疗方案制定与患者预后。卵巢恶性肿瘤风险预测模型基于人附睾蛋白4和糖类抗原125,结合患者年龄因素构建,为附件肿块术前风险评估提供了客观量化指标。本文系统梳理ROMA指数的构建原理、临床应用现状,重点分析其在不同人群、不同病理类型附件肿块中的诊断准确性,对比其与单一肿瘤标志物、影像学检查及其他联合诊断方案的效能差异,探讨当前研究存在的局限性,并对未来研究方向及临床应用前景进行展望,为临床优化附件肿块术前风险评估策略提供参考。
