目的：探究在凶险型前置胎盘护理中应用临床护理路径的具体应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的62例凶险型前置胎盘患者，时间段为：2023年4月-2024年4月，随机分成对照组、研究组两组，分别为常规护理干预、临床护理路径护理干预。结果：研究组的产后出血（361.7±15.9）ml、住院时间（11.9±1.5）d更少，新生儿Apgar评分（9.5±1.1）分更高（P＜0.05）；研究组的并发症发生率2例（6.5%）更低（P＜0.05）；研究组的遵医依从性30例（96.8%）更高（P＜0.05）。结论：在凶险型前置胎盘护理中，临床护理路径护理干预的应用可以有效改善妊娠结局，进而降低并发症的发生率，进一步提升患者的临床遵医依从性，护理效果显著。
