脓毒血症(sepsis)是重症监护室中患者常见的死亡原因之一,而活跃在脓毒血症过程的中性粒细胞作为白细胞的一种[1],在急性感染中起关键作用,其通过吞噬、脱颗粒、形成NETs等方式抵御感染,并在炎症和组织修复中发挥关键作用;高密度脂蛋白(HDL)近年来被视为心血管疾病风险的生物标志物,其具有抑制炎症在机体中的反应的作用,减缓炎症反应对机体的损害,增加机体对炎症的耐受性,从而改善患者的预后,本文针对NHR(中性粒细胞与高密度脂蛋白比率Neutrophil to HDL Ratio)在脓毒症中的研究进展进行综述。
