目的：探讨理想的慢性非特异性下腰痛治疗方案，分析压电式体外冲击波的治疗效果。方法：2023.7-2024.7，择取78例病患作为研究对象，均确诊慢性非特异性下腰痛，基于患者治疗方案分组，对照组实施气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗，观察组实施压电式体外冲击波治疗。结果：治疗后，观察组腰痛评分、功能障碍评分、临床疗效与对照组比较有差异（P＜0.05）。结论：慢性非特异性下腰痛采用压电式体外冲击波治疗，可减轻腰痛症状，改善功能障碍，提高临床疗效，应用价值显著。
