运动对健康促进作用已成为共识，但其潜在心脏风险依然不可忽视。规律运动可通过改善心血管功能有效降低心脏病发病率，却也存在诱发心源性猝死（SCD）的潜在风险。本文通过对年轻职业运动员在竞技比赛中心源性猝死的相关文献进行研究，分析导致运动员 SCD 发生的具体病因因素，提出准确的赛前筛查和有效的赛中紧急情况处理两个策略，以期有效降低竞赛环境下青年运动员SCD的风险。
