红外热成像技术在女性慢性盆腔痛中的应用优势及发展前景

女性慢性盆腔痛(Chronic Pelvic Pain,CPP)是由各种功能性或器质性原因引起的以骨盆及周围组织的疼痛,因其病因复杂且易反复发作及前期诊断疼痛具体部位不精确,致使既往治疗方法疗效不佳。红外热成像技术(Infrared Thermography, IRT)通过将探测到的辐射信息转换为图像和温度信息,能直观地反映病变部位的温度变化及分布,在CPP的精准检测和辅助诊断中展现了潜在价值。本文就红外热成像技术在女性慢性盆腔痛中的应用现状及发展前景进行综述,旨在为CPP的早期精准诊断、制定个体化治疗方式、治疗后预防复发和疗效评估中提供深入的理论参考,以辅助临床医生更好地把握患者病情和制订治疗方案。
