目的：舒适护理在小儿急性哮喘患儿中的应用价值。方法：选取2023年1月-2024年6月100例医院急诊收治小儿急性哮喘患儿，随机分组。对照组常规护理，观察组加入舒适护理。比较两组患儿治疗依从性、症状缓解时间、家长满意度的差异。结果：观察组各指标优于对照组，差异有意义（P＜0.05）。结论：舒适护理的开展，可以提高患儿的治疗依从性，加速临床症状缓解，提高家长满意度。
