目的：探讨中医护理联合现代康复护理对老年脑梗死（cerebral infarction,CI）患者的影响。方法：选取2023年4月-2024年8月我院收治的96例CI患者，随机分组，对照组：现代康复护理，研究组：联合中医护理。观察比较两组的运动功能、日常生活能力、神经功能。结果：干预后研究组运动功能评分更高（P＜0.05）、研究组日程生活能力评分更高（P＜0.05）、研究组神经功能评分更低（P＜0.05）。结论：老年CI患者在现代康复护理的基础上联合中医护理，可显著提升运动功能、日程生活能力，改善神经功能。
