随着信息技术的飞速发展，远程健康管理作为一种新型的健康管理方式，逐渐受到关注。类风湿关节炎（RA）作为一种慢性、全身性的自身免疫性疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量。本文旨在探讨远程健康管理在RA患者中的应用，分析其优势、干预策略及效果，以期为RA患者的健康管理提供参考。
