目的:探讨用YL-1型针穿刺引流治疗颅脑损伤患者行去骨瓣减压术后对侧硬膜下积液的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年12月-2023年11月收治的8例去骨瓣减压术后对侧硬膜下积液的临床资料。结果:1例单纯保守治疗后积液消失;1例保守治疗后积液无进展;1例患者植入ommaya囊后积液明显减少,择期颅骨成形术后未见积液进展;2例患者行穿刺引流后积液明显减少,后因脑积水行脑室腹腔分流术后积液消失。2例行穿刺引流后积液消失择期颅骨成形术后未见积液复发。1例用YL-1型针穿刺引流术后积液消失,拔管后积液复发再次行用YL-1型针穿刺引流术后积液消失,择期行颅骨成形术,随访6月无复发。结论:用YL-1型针微创穿刺引流术是治疗去骨瓣减压术后对侧硬膜下积液的有效治疗方法。
