目的：分析小剂量不同浓度的罗哌卡因麻醉在老年膝髋关节置换中的效果。方法：筛选我院50例的接受膝髋关节置换术的老年患者，具体时间段在2023年10月-2024年10月之间，全部施以小剂量罗哌卡因麻醉，并根据浓度不同分为两组，其中对照组是0.50%，而研究组是0.25%。结果：研究组麻醉效果更好（P＜0.05）；研究组Ramsay、VAS评分更好（P＜0.05）；研究组应激状态更符合标准值（P＜0.05）。结论：在老年膝髋关节置换术中应用小剂量0.25%浓度的罗哌卡因进行麻醉干预，能有效提高麻醉效果及安全性，稳定应激指标，且镇痛与镇静作用更加理想，应该推广。
