文章摘要
蛇咬伤引发的急性肾损伤是我国常见的严重急性中毒性疾病,可在短时间内引发高血压、广泛水肿、呼吸抑制、溶血、肌肉肢体坏死萎缩等并发症,死亡率较高,预后差,是治疗常见的一大临床难题。本文将从蛇咬伤致急性肾损伤的机制、相关危险因素、检测指标及治疗进展等方面进行综述,为蛇咬伤患者的治疗提供帮助。
