目的：探讨香菊胶囊联合布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗方案对过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法：选取2021年1月-2021年12月我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者102例，按照抽签的方式分为两组，对照组（n=51）患者给与和布地奈德气雾剂吸入的方式进行治疗，研究组（n=51）患者在对照组的基础上联合香菊胶囊进行治疗，对两组患者临床治疗孟鲁司特钠效果、免疫功能及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果：研究组临床治疗效果优于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者免疫功能水平高于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＞0.05）。结论：过敏性鼻炎患者在实施孟鲁司特钠和布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗的同时联合香菊胶囊，可以更好的控制患者的临床症状，降低血清内炎症因子的水平，提升患者机体的免疫功能水平，且无明显不良反应发生，因此安全性较高，应在临床上进行广泛推广。
