胃作为人体重要脏器，承担着容纳、消化、吸收、分泌、动力及屏障等多种功能。一旦胃功能障碍，不仅影响消化吸收，还可能引发一系列问题，严重影响生活质量。近年来，胃肠道激素在胃功能调控中的作用备受关注，但其分子机制和作用模式尚有许多未解之谜，限制了临床应用。本文系统回顾与胃功能相关的胃肠道激素的研究进展，探讨其在病理状态下的作用机制，并提出激素调控网络与胃功能障碍的关联。还讨论了未来研究方向，包括激素与其他生物标志物的相互作用和个体化调控策略的开发，旨在为胃功能障碍的早期诊断和精准治疗提供思路。
