在慢性肝炎‒肝硬化‒原发性肝癌的病理演变进程中，肠道微生态失衡及其产生的代谢产物可通过“肠-肝轴”加重肝脏损伤，从而促进肝癌的形成。中医认为，湿热瘀毒既是主要致病因素，又是疾病发展过程中形产生的病理产物，在肝癌的不同阶段各有轻重缓急并推动疾病的进展。本文基于“肠-肝轴”理论，探讨肝癌湿热瘀毒病机与肠道微生态之间的内在联系，为中医药防治原发性肝癌提出新思路。
