词汇翻译是理解语言转换的最小单位。本文系统梳理了词汇翻译的主要理论模型、实证方法与核心影响因素，其中研究方法已从行为范式拓展至电生理技术，为揭示其神经机制提供了新视角。本文重点评述了词汇属性、语言熟练度、翻译方向性和语言距离等因素对翻译加工机制的影响，指出当前研究存在被试群体局限于双语者、方法单一等不足，未来应融合多模态手段探究其动态加工过程。
