基于OBE-CDIO的电子类“三阶递进”实践教学体系构建

针对应用型高校电子信息类专业实践教学中课程目标与产业需求脱节、师资工程能力薄弱、学生发展需求多元化等突出问题,以“PCB电子电路设计”课程为载体,构建了产教融合视域下的“三阶递进”实践教学体系。该体系建立“基础层—综合层—创新层”分层递进的教学内容,实施“群体化+个性化”双轨融合的教学模式,通过“4+3”校企联合培养机制打造“双师双能”型师资队伍,形成“项目共研、过程共管、资源共建、成果共享”的校企协同育人机制。经过6年(2018—2024年)实践,学生学科竞赛年均获奖38项(国家级16项),毕业生专业对口率达85%以上,出版教材在13所高校推广使用4500册,为应用型高校工程教育改革提供了可复制的范式。
