龙舟运动作为中华传统体育文化的瑰宝,已从民俗活动演变为遵循国际龙舟联合会(IDBF)竞赛规则与规程统一规范的国际性竞技项目[1]。在标准22人龙舟中,鼓手虽不直接产生推进力,却承担着节奏调控、战术执行与团队激励的“神经中枢”功能。然而,现有研究多聚焦划手体能与技术,鼓手作为“非动力输出位”长期被边缘化。本文旨在构建鼓手教学训练的理论框架,重点解析击鼓动作的多关节鞭打发力机制与身体摆动对船体动力学的影响,为鼓手专项能力培养提供科学依据。
