体育教育(PE)教师的职业认同是影响其教学实践、职业发展和教育领域整体效能的关键因素。本研究探讨了中国内蒙古体育教育预备教师职业认同的重要性。研究考察了促成职业认同形成和发展的各种因素,包括个人承诺、教育经历、文化价值观和社会影响。研究结果强调了教师培训项目在培养强烈的职业认同感中的关键作用,这对于提高体育教育质量以及应对少数民族地区教育者面临的独特挑战至关重要。研究强调需要文化响应性培训和支持系统,以确保体育教育预备教师的全面发展,最终促进内蒙古教育标准的进步和社会和谐的推广。
