目的是观察风险管理在呼吸客户里当中的运用效果,采用的方法是某医院所收治的60例呼吸内科患者作为此次探究目标,根据护理管理方法的不同,将其分为两组,分别是常规组和管理组,每组有30例患者。这些患者当中的常规组进行常规护理管理,管理组开展风险管理,对照两组患者护理之前和护理之后的水平和满意度进行对比,同时还要解析这两组风险事件发生概率和纠纷问题。在实际运用风险管理之后,获得的结果是跟常规组进行对比,管理组的护理水平和护理满意度有所提高,同时患者的护理风险事件和纠纷发生概率也有所降低,具有明显优势(P<0.05)。因此在呼吸道护理管理当中,运用风险管理能够更好将护理水平和满意度提高。在护理过程中能够有效将其中发生的风险事件和纠纷发生概率降低,使呼吸系统的护理获得患者认可。 The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of risk management in respiratory clients.60 patients with respiratory diseases admitted to a hospital were divided into two groups according to the different nursing management methods.Among these patients, routine nursing management was carried out in the routine group, risk management was carried out in the management group, the level and satisfaction of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the probability of occurrence of risk events and dispute between the two groups were analyzed.Compared with the routine group, the nursing level and satisfaction degree of the management group were improved, and the probability of nursing risk events and disputes were decreased.Therefore, risk management can improve nursing level and satisfaction in respiratory nursing management.It can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of risk events and disputes in the nursing process, so that the nursing of respiratory system can be recognized by patients.
